I had an early morning flight and was in the lobby at 4:30am and ended up having to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle to the airport. The night before I had been told the shuttle ran every 15-20 minutes and to be in the lobby by 4:30 in order to get to the airport by 5am. I didn’t end up getting to the airport until 5:30am which added some stress that I had tried to avoid.

I booked this hotel because I’ve had great experiences at Hyatt properties. This one was a much different experience. It began with waiting 2 hours for a shuttle from LAX. A few Hyatt shuttles came by, but for different properties. Then, there hasn’t been any hot water. For the ENTIRE property. No explanation. No compensation. I’m traveling with my husband, parents and aunt. We booked 2 rooms. So disappointed in this stay.
