During my recent hotel stay, I was disappointed by several aspects of the experience. The check-in process was unorganized, with long wait times despite prior reservations. The room itself, though initially promising, lacked proper cleanliness and upkeep, with visible dust and a lingering unpleasant odor. Basic amenities were either missing or in poor condition, and the staff, while polite, were slow to address these concerns. Noise from adjacent rooms further disrupted the stay, detracting from the restful atmosphere one expects. Overall, the experience fell far short of the standards set by similar establishments.

The property is absolutely amazing. As described. The staff is told to lie instead of being honest about what they do not offer. Example no true snack vending machines. Overall, the stay was top tier..

I will give 5/5 for location and view, 3/5 for breakfast and dining in, 2/5 for quietness, 1/5 for the reception person who checked us in, 3/5 for the room, and finally, 5/5 for Nataja who checked us out. This hotel mainly for large groups who come for training, seminars, and from the SD Convention Center. Vacation and family travelers will feel isolated.
