I was in town for a conference. I arrived early in the day & asked for suggestions to explore before I could check in. I was handed a map of restaurants & told that Disney was a mile away in one direction, & Target a mile in the other, then dismissed. Not particularly helpful. Hotel improvements that are expected long into next year, were loud & started outside my window at 7am. Housekeeping came daily, but what was cleaned or replaced was inconsistent. Overall, I had higher, unmet, expectations.

I like how this property was pretty close driving distance and walking distance to Disneyland. The hotel is way to big in my option that we got lost 3 times trying to find our room on our floor just because there are so many hallways and it felt like a mouse maze, not the best for small tired children. The food court closed super early and the only restaurant and room service was over priced. We ended up leaving to find food. Also they had the fun splash water area locked off with the water running, which was disappointing if you had kids watching wanting to play. Would not recommend this place for families with small children. The bed was comfy and room quiet. Clean bathroom. They have Starbucks in their lobby which helps.

The only issue we had with the property was the lack of restrooms in the lobby area during renovations. My husband was sent to the 4th floor and no one that he asked was quite clear as to where they are located. Had he been aware of the scarcity of restrooms at the lobby, he would have just gone up to the room and not wasted time on a wild goose chase. That being said, we will stay at this lovely location again during our yearly Disneyland trips.

Given the brand of this hotel we had the expectation that the overall experience would be decent, but we were sorely disappointed. They were renovating the hotel so there were lots of dividers and tarps up, which wasn't too much of an issue. The biggest let down was the fact that our room had no hot water and no heating. Additionally whatever they washed the bedding with smelled horrible and stuck to our skin, hair and clothes. I thought it might have just been a one off issue, so when we left for the day we asked if our bedding could be changed. When we returned the smell was worse. This wasn't just an odd smelling detergent smell, it smelled like something stale and rancid. It was also irritating that every time you walked in and out of the lobby you were approached by staff who would aggressively and repeatedly ask you to join their rewards program. We ended up being unable to tolerate the room for the full stay and checked out a day early and were given no option of a refund, not even a partial one. Staff overall were disinterested at best. Truly terrible experience and I would never go back. If you have to stay in the area pick somewhere else. Anywhere else would be better.

Very good hotel for a solid price. The property is under renovation for the time being. Will def book a room next time I go to Disneyland.

The nearest bathroom while they are under construction was downstairs where the ceiling was missing or a floor or two up. They put us in a room where both the frdge and air conditioning were not working. and didnt bother to change our room, they brought a new fridge up and said the air conditioning is fine even though we would leave it on before we left so our room was cool, and come back to a hot room. Icing on the cake is the fact they had a plan pipe maintanence which they failed to notify any of the costumers of until an hour before they were doing so. so imagine not knowing theres a water shut off because you werent back until 12:30am and they sent out a warning at 11ishpm? Then coming home to take a shower from being at the park and not only can you do that but there is absolutely no freaking water and you've already started to brush your teeth.. Why would we check to our voicemails first they should be letting people know when they are walking in from the front door... They offered waterballs that werent brought up until 15 min after we had requested to help with washing our hands and toothbrushing... Literally the worst hotel i have stayed in..

Very underwhelming for a Hilton hotel. No fridge in the room which was apparently because of renovations... 1 person on check out with a line up while 3 others stood around talking. Not what we expected at all

Room condition was not worth the $500 a night. Fridge didn’t work. Bathroom had a sliding door, not much privacy. View was the wall. Very old room.

Just because they are under construction. Our room smelt as if it had it been used in a long while and it was musty like a smoker had been in the room. We had to sleep with cold fan on to kill the smell.
