We had a bad experience at our recent stay in this Hilton. Guest service at night was terrible .Staff are not accommodating and not friendly. There are also construction going on . Loud banging at 7am after a tired day at Disney. We stayed at Marriott across the street the last time we were at Disney and it was a better accomodation

We had the 2-bed suite. It is not a suite. It faced a building and trees and had no table to eat on. It had a desk. The property was under construction and a mess. If it wasn't for the staff as usual, there is no coming back to this property. Staff was great! Valet and bell always helpful. Bathrooms were not explained and, on the ground, floor tucked far away. Guests were lost as well.

I had to ask to switch rooms because there was cockroaches in my room. The rooms aren’t properly cleaned.

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, the room was old and had several details like, cracked walls, broken fridge door and messed up carpet. Also they charge you for everything
