"Do not have a “concierge” in the lobby who is not really a “concierge” but a time share salesman. Really gave us the run around regarding harbor tour tickets and lied about being able to purchase them. Not good."

"The rooms were the most wonderful and comfortable hotel rooms my boyfriend and I had ever stayed in! The two guys that looked after our bags when we waited for our room to be opened were so friendly, so nice and gave great advice on what to do in LA!! "

"The pool outside area and renovations were really very nice.The attendant at the desk was super nice. I was bumbed to have to pay the 16 for parking and the 100 deposit. When I booked Imade sure those fees were not acquired. But it was a great stay. Plan to return."
