"Overall good..we had a renovated room which was nice but the phone didn’t work and the fire alarm starting flashing a very bright light at 5am which was annoying. But the service was great and we were only there for one night so the minor inconveniences were not a big deal."

"I arrived at the hotel and staff unexpectedly told me the entire hotel was closed off due to a power outage. I was told that I was sent an email a day before alerting me of this issue. I have not received a single email from Hilton Regarding the matter. It’s ridiculous The lack of care staff had for their customers. "The hotel was great and we so appreciated getting a ride from the ferry building to the hotel and then the next morning getting a ride from the hotel to the cruise port. The only problem I had was I really scraped my leg badly on the van that took us to the Cruise port because the passenger sliding door was broken and we had to get out around the front passenger seat. I should’ve told the driver as it did bleed and I still have a black and blue mark and bump there as well as a big scab left...

"Very safe place to stay "

"Overall, the property was excellent—with a perfect location, delicious food, and most of the staff being exceptionally welcoming. However, my experience at the main bar was disappointing. While waiting at the bar, I was barely acknowledged by the bartenders. Additionally, a waitress served me a visibly unclean cup, explaining that the sugar residue from the margaritas wouldn’t come off. When I returned to request a new cup, my request was ignored once again."
