There were some very good things and just a few not so great things. Customer service was wonderful! The grounds were very clean and the jacuzzi was amazing! We were able to take the walkway and enjoy a beautiful walk at the bay. Everything was at a close distance and was a very nice location to visit everything. The property itself is older and even though it was renovated, it still looked quite dated. People were walking in the hallway and we heard creaking on the floor of our room. Walls are thin, someone was closing their door and having random conversation with each other and you can hear them clearly. Overall, it’s was a pleasant stay, you can’t beat the views or the location. Rooms were clean, service was great, and close to everything. It worked out great for our family and would stay there again.

Very nice property, with a great pool and hot tub. Unfortunately had 2 nights without heat/AC. After the first night, reported issue to front desk, who said it would be fixed. I asked if i could have an update after it was fixed, but never received that. The second night, heat/AC went out again. Front desk staff didn’t seem to have any information and weren't particularly sympathetic. I would have expected a discount or a comped meal or some other way to make up for this, but nothing. At checkout, didn’t even get asked how my stay was.

Great place, very close to water and boats, end rooms are quiet. You can hear doors closing around you so not very sound insulated. Restaurant on premises closes early so they recommend you to get doordash, which is delivered to door. There are busses that take you to nearby conferences. Would stay here again. Great for those with kids or strollers since lots of ground level rooms. Safer then dt hotels
