"The hotels location was very convenient to the airport. Instructions provided on how/ where to meet the bus was easy to understand. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable! I appreciated the early check-in for an extra fee, it allowed me to rest a few extra hours. The kombini (7/11) in the lobby had a little bit of everything from food to souvenirs you would’ve liked at affordable prices for last minute shopping. I also loved having the drug store in the hotel as well. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and found the location of the hotel great. Nice that they provide (free) shuttle service to/from the mall as well. Booked for a future stay already!"

"We enjoyed our stay at APA hotel and found the staff were very nice and helpful. Do not follow google maps to walk there from Keisei-Narita station. There is a very short path through the station and down some escalators. We followed google maps and walked outside and around the downhill bend with our luggages. "
