"The airport transfer was easy, staff went out of their way to help us load luggages into the transfer bus. The staff will inform which terminal we get off if we ask them with our airline schedules in hand. The bus have announcements in English as to which terminal is which. Google AI can inform us which bus station number at the Narita airport to catch usually is number 6 or 16. Sorry I don't remember. Basically we don't have to worry about loading the luggages."

"APA hotels in general are a great deal, this one is too. Onsen on the premises, convenient location and staff is kind. Our twin room was compact, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, a big plus. If you need an extended check out, it's only 1000 yen per hour."
