"Exception hotel. Convenient to Narita. Service was incredible - from the minute we arrived in the hotel shuttle bus, the bellman and front desk made it really easy. The 24/7 convenience store had everything we mneeded to eeee and we also loved the restaurant. Could not recommend this place more!"

"This property is situated near the JR train station and is walkable to the hotel, but the walkways are not even and pushing 2 huge heavy luggages on wheels can be challenging. I was attracted to book this hotel because of the shuttle bus service from/to the Narita airport. In the end I couldn’t use the shuttle bus service because it only operates early in the morning and evening. Flights that arrive/depart outside this time frame would need to utilize public transportation to reach the hotel. ...
