Great hotel for transfer at Narita airport, frequent shuttle service to and from Narita terminal 1 & 2 and city center. Great also to have a 24 hrs Lawson’s within the hotel.

I LOVED this hotel. It was so convenient. I walked out of terminal 2 and onto platform 33 and straight the hotel. The platforms are easy to find outside the airport so you can catch the shuttle and each one has the times posted for the shuttle. We arrived a little late at the hotel but there is a convenience store in the hotel and the restaurant was still open. Will definitely stay here again if I am in town!!

I’ve stayed here several times when flying out of Narita in the morning. Super convenient and free airport transport is appreciated. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is awesome. Very impressed by its breakfast and illumination. Staff are also very nice and polite. Highly recommend this hotel to people who need to stay close to Narita airport.
