"The staff are wonderful. Easy check in and out. Shuttle bus to and from the airport and train/bus station are great. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Except the king bed. It was hard and I had hard time sleeping comfortably. So I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter and asked for extra blanket and pillows. That fixed the issue. The 2nd night I slept much better. Over all good. "

The Narita Tobu was very clean, and except for one hiccup with checking in ( my room wasn’t ready and so my check in was almost an hour later than allowed, BUT the agent gave me an extra hour for check out to make up for the late check in), the service was excellent. "Very nice hotel. Small, modest but comfortable bed and sheets. Water gets super hot for showers. Loved it. It has a seven eleven inside where I got my phone charger that I forgot. We also got the Disneyland tickets in that store. Nearest train station is 32 min walk or we took a taxi some days. The restaurant has decent prices and it’s all you can eat. Great is staying with large family. Very convenient with the airport shuttles. I would pick this place over and over. "
