"Great, helpful staff. Very easy access to the Narita trains. Paid breakfast had western and local options. Shuttle service was easy to access and the driver was courteous and helpful with our luggage. The room accommodation was comfortable. At first, it did not appear we could fit our 6 suitcases in the room but having the underbed storage was smart. It unfortunately sacrifices the bed comfort. Mattress was a bit too stiff. Bathroom was pretty awesome, very reminiscent of a cruise ship...

"It was hard to find but once we were there it was smooth sailing. Very quiet and peaceful. Great if you’re flying and get there late. We only stayed 1 night and had no problems. They provided a locker, shower towel, toothpaste, tooth brush, restrooms, and a peaceful environment. We went downstairs at terminal 2 and then asked where it was and it was very easy to find. Everyone was nice. "
