Check in was simple and staff were friendly. Shuttle from airport was convenient and easy to navigate. Hotel was quiet, and room was large for japanese standards. The bed was extremely firm, which was not great for me, but the pillows were nice. Very old hotel building, and it does smell of decades of indoor cigarette smoking. However, for the price, and for a short stay to rest on a long layover it was reasonable.

The free shuttle bus not only to and from the airport but to the narita station and the Aeon shopping mall helped a lot. And the room was clean and since I stayed on the 9th floor I enjoyed watching the airplanes fly off was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed both restaurants that they had on location. I enjoyed that they had transportation to JR station and to Mall. Service was good. tv stopped working and they replaced my tv within 20 mins . really good service.
