"We chose this hotel because we wanted something close to the airport. The Narita Tobu was very clean, and except for one hiccup with checking in ( my room wasn’t ready and so my check in was almost an hour later than allowed, BUT the agent gave me an extra hour for check out to make up for the late check in), the service was excellent. "The hotel is very nice and aesthetically pleasing. They offer shuttle to and from the Narita airport which is super convenient. The rate for our room was also inexpensive, and the room was quite nice. They also have a convenience store in the lobby if you get hungry. "

"Very nice hotel. Small, modest but comfortable bed and sheets. Water gets super hot for showers. Loved it. It has a seven eleven inside where I got my phone charger that I forgot. We also got the Disneyland tickets in that store. Nearest train station is 32 min walk or we took a taxi some days. The restaurant has decent prices and it’s all you can eat. Great is staying with large family. Very convenient with the airport shuttles. I would pick this place over and over. "
