"Hotel was ok. Close to airport with shuttle bus service. Wish they had extend shuttle bus a little later as there was no shuttle bus after a certain time. I got lost, no one to show me the room was in the other building. Disappointed outdoor onsen was closed. Otherwise, hotel was ok, a little old. Nice robe provided, toiletry and slippers. "

"Location is good. There is convenient free shuttle service to the airport for you to take day trips to Tokyo using the train services. Service was always excellent and the staff spoke English well so I didn't have to struggle with my Japanese all the time.
