The rooms are very tiny, but they’re so cheap it’s an excellent value. Lovely facility, good enough dinner in the hotel for a solo work trip. Very clean, staff is very kind and helpful.

Came for Blue Archive fes 2025, a really convinient place for conventions at Makuhari Messe. Compared to the East wing, the central tower room feels abit more dated, though the view over Tokyo Bay more than makes up for it. The public bath in the central tower changes side for the genders each day and each side has a different layout for the outdoor bath, so if you wish to experience both sides you need to stay at least 2 days. Great place overall, just make sure to do you laundry early since you are competing against the other wings for limited laundry machines.

The east wing room is tight but the hotel have a very grand feel to it, from the entrance to the public bath. There is 2 lawsons, some cafe, entertainment within the building, not counting the restraunt at the top of the central tower although i did not visit it. It is almost completely connected to Kahimmakuhari station and Makuhari Messe by a bridge, the Outlet branch also ashort distance away for shopping which is great. Just note that the east wing public bath is exclusively for female so you will have to cross over to the central or west wing if you are male.

The room needed cleaning. There was mold on the wall by the window. Couldn’t open the window or get fresh air. Air was dry (no humidifier). Needs a fresh coat of paint. Considering the cost (only USD 24 for the night) it wasn’t bad, but in Japan I expect better cleanliness. Worst point was it was a non-smoking room that smelt like a smoking room.

Very nice place with large rooms and a comfortable bed. The pool was very nice but expensive (2000 yen per person/day). Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Great hotel to stay at, especially when attending events at Makuhari Messe, which is a few minutes walk nearby. Lots of places to eat at walkable distance too. Great view of the water sunsets/rises.

My room was South East facing, 45th floor. For the view alone this makes this hotel superb. But everything about it was professional, impeccably polite and well maintained. I can’t praise this hotel highly enough.

The APA hotel is very convenient to the Makuhari convention center, literally just a 3 minute walk on a covered overpass - so if you're here for a conference, it's a good choice. It tries to be a 'one size fits all' hotel, with a wide array of amenities, but I think it loses some focus because of it, and there are some details that I wish they would pay more attention to.
