"The staff are wonderful. Easy check in and out. Shuttle bus to and from the airport and train/bus station are great. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Except the king bed. It was hard and I had hard time sleeping comfortably. So I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter and asked for extra blanket and pillows. That fixed the issue. The 2nd night I slept much better. Over all good. "

"Very convenient next to Terminal 3. Couldn’t find the schedule for the free shuttle bus from Narita so we walked to the hotel at midnight. There was a shuttle at 12.20am but we didn’t know at the time. Room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus in the morning was well organised by the staff for all 3 Terminals at Narita. Very efficient hotel. "
