The onsen is very nice, and the breakfast at the restaurant is a huge buffet of meny choices. Free shuttles daily to Narita mall and JR station. Overall I was very happy. I extended my stay an extra day and the staff accommodated my request easily.

The room is very tiny but very clean and comfy bed.The only problem it’s a little bit far from Tokyo took an hr to be there.Free shuttle bus from airport to hotel,Aeron malls to hotel.The staff are helpful and courteous.Definitely will recommended this property to friends and relatives.Thanks guys…

The room was old and had a mouldy smell and the washroom had some gunk and just disgusting. For the price we paid for one night, we expected something a little more decent. We just needed a place to sleep for an early next-day flight. It was like the hotel room from the 60s only, which would have been ok if they had bothered to clean and at least update the furnitures and the bathroom fixtures. Worst $120 I ever spent on a hotel room.

It's quite an old hotel but well properly maintained 10/10. The name art hotel suits it as they are lots of antique representation. Loved my stay

A solid layover hotel. Property a bit dated, but reasonably well maintained. There is a 24 hour mini mart there. I was only there for 1 day but the dining options seemed a bit limited.
