"Solid budget hotel. Small room as expected but has under bed storage space for suitcases (why don't all budget hotels have this?). Even had room for a counter with a chair with a back. Movies were free. Good blackout curtains. Good breakfast. Great location close to the Keisei Narita station, maybe too close as the tracks were right outside and a little noisy so needed earplugs at night. Heater worked great. "Pretty good hotel for solo travelers around the Makuhari area. It's close to the Shin-Makuhari train station, as well as a couple of shops and a supermarket. So if you want to get something to eat from a convenience store, or take a train out to Tokyo, then you can do that easily. As for the room, the one I had was a single room. It is small, so you probably don't have enough room to move around in. But it was manageable. For the price, it's not too expensive. "
