"It was hard to find but once we were there it was smooth sailing. Very quiet and peaceful. Great if you’re flying and get there late. We only stayed 1 night and had no problems. They provided a locker, shower towel, toothpaste, tooth brush, restrooms, and a peaceful environment. We went downstairs at terminal 2 and then asked where it was and it was very easy to find. Everyone was nice. "

As someone who has never been to a Japanese onsen, it was an interesting experience, and the provided materials make the process smooth. Be sure to plan around the bus schedule in advance. This was also my first experience with a pod hotel, and as a fairly tall person (6’2”), I was a little worried I’d feel cramped inside the pod, but luckily I was able to stretch all the way out. "Great atmosphere. The sauna and hot tub area is fantastic. The capsule was fine. It had plug in for charging and lights, TV. The bed itself was a bit stiff, but I still slept fine. Close to train stations, close to shopping and all sorts of food. The street it is on is lively and fun. I would definitely spend a night here again if I ever go back to Japan. Shampoo, shaving blades were provided to keep you looking fabulous. Highly recommend. Breakfast was also great 👍"

"The beds are uncomfortable, you have to check out everyday, there are no private showers only the public bath, the toilets are disgusting, the staff don't speak English and its in the middle of nowhere (and hour train ride into Tokyo)!"
