"Front office manager Louis and his staff went all the way in making sure my wife and I had one of the best hotel experience ever. Hotel was immacculately clean and beautiful. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. Restaurant was absolutely wonderful. We highly recomend this hotel and we for sure will be back"

" The staff were super friendly and helpful. In particular, Anna, who helped to organise everything for us, from our tours to Ning Binh, Halong Bay and Sapa to arranging a car to pick us up to the airport. She e even gave us a phone charger when we realised that we forgot to bring one with us. Breakfast was also good and offered a veriety of cooked options, fresh fruits/juices, bread and tea/coffee. We will definitely stay in Lotus Boutique again when we return to Hanoi. We will also recommend it to our friends."

"The services was super nice from the receptionist to servers, bellboy, masseuses, everyone was so nice. The buffet has a lot of options and it was very good. The only issue was the bathroom was so high and it was scary to get in. However Brian the manager mentioned that other room has additional showered beside the bathroom and they have plans to remodel. Brian was so nice to offer us a free transportation from hotel to airport due to our inconvenience of bathroom."

"Great central location in old quarter, a few minute walk to train street, all tours pick up from the hotel. What really makes it special are the staff who were super helpful. Special mention goes to Mike who we relied on a lot for help and information throughout our stay."
