"We would definitly recommend this hotel in Hanoi for many reasons. First of all because of its great location in Hanoi. Secondly, the team is incredible, always smiling and trying to help. My credit card had been kept by the ATM 5 minutes before going to the opera. We were late, no more money in the wallet and the taxi was already there waiting for us, we did not have time to go back with my boyfriend's CC. Alex (not sure of the spelling sorry) did not hesitate to give us money so that we could pay the taxi. All the receptionnists, maintenance, cooker, housekeeping were great, smiling all the time, very helpfull. Breakfast was good too. "
