The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the hotel was quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given its fantastic location in the heart of the Old Quarter. Everything we wanted to explore was just a short walk away. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Roachelle (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name), who was especially welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Hanoi with top-notch service and a perfect location, this is the place to be. We’ll absolutely be returning!"

" We booked 3 nights but stayed for 5 because the value for money was great. The room was comfortable and well-cleaned, the shower was good. Halfway during our stay the breakfast was started up again: a nice combo of a fresh tropical fruit/yoghurt/toast buffet and a la carte dishes like pancakes or eggs, all included. "Our stay was fantastic. From the moment we arrive I was taken excellent care of by my personal hostess Ms Ánh Hoa. She checked me in then took me to the room to show me all the features. She was the best hostess I have experienced in many years. Every day she made sure all our expectations were taken care, the room was cleaned and the turn down services was performed. She checked on me regularly to see if I needed any arrangements, reservations or help with anything. The resort pools and Onsen were great. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and every meal we had at the resort was great. Roof top pool and bar were always refreshing and the water park was enjoyable. One of the best holidays I have had in a while. I will return again to Mikazuki Resort and will ask for Ms Hoa to be our hostess again. She really made our time there most enjoyable. "
