"Five Star all the way. Stayed in a room with Club Access in the 22nd floor, which was so worth it. Got an omlette made by Kai Der, the Hyatt egg and omlette-master. Amazing housekeeping, super-helpful concierge. Location is unbeatable, with an access to Taipei 101, convention centre. excellent surrounding malld and the MTR (take Exit 5) literally around the corner. All around amazing. "

"The stay is great, hospitality services, location transport and food options are good, with washing machine & dryer options too. A little downside i observed is the remote controller sensitivity to the tv, and the towels water absorbent is not as good. Still a great stay nonetheless. Cheers."

The hotel dining staff are so helpful, they tried their best to accommodate our needs even with their english & our mandarin language difficulty. We will definitely come back. "
