"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. "Our room was very comfortable. This is a great boutique hotel in Taipei. There was a desk, chair, refrigerator, a good amount of storage space built in to the wall unit. The bathroom was well apportioned with an automatic toilet and luxury shower equipped with 3 different spray heads. The location is a 5-10 minute walk to the Daā€™an metro station, and several bus lines have stops even closer. This makes it very convenient to travel around Taipei.
