"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. Room is comfortable with the good air conditioning and excellent TV entertainment. Keep it up and I will definitely stay here again when...

"We enjoyed our stay. Yes, the Hotel Eclat is definitely eclectic. The sculptures at the front of the hotel and in the lobby are a curiosity. The rooms are quite nice. There is extra attention to detail in the cabinetry and lighting. And some high tech as well, with the TV, sound system and TOTO toilet. There were a couple of features that were interesting elements of design but could have been more practical. There was no shower door, so we had to be vigilant to not allow water to splash...

"VIA Taipei Station Hotel is my choice of hotel each time I visit Taiwan. I have stayed in this hotel more than 6 times. In my recent stay (11 to 18 Feb, 2025), something did not changed. All the staff including counter staff, room cleaners and general cleaners are all very friendly, helpful and is always ready to attend to queries and needs.
