"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. At first we thought it was bit quirky but within 1 day we came to love the quirkiness , and enjoyed the amazing rooftop pool and the bar on the 3 rd floor has the best award winning cocktails ( well done Clay) The front desk staff could not be more helpful with a shout out to Spud.
