"This was a slightly tough decision as the room wasn't quite perfect and bathroom not the most modern but for value for money you couldn't fault it.The main reason I rated this 5 star rather than 4 was the exceptional service from the staff and their enthusiasm. They were very friendly and could not do enough for you. If you want 5 star luxury then it's probably not for you but if you want the best welcome ever and to leave feeling you were part of the family then I can't recommend it highly enough."

"My husband and I spent three days here on our honeymoon and we wish we could have stayed longer! We had Grand Studio Double Ocean View room which was an amazing room with spectacular views ! The hotel staff was excellent and very helpful! We also went to the spa for a 90 minute couples massage (best massage we have ever had!). The other amenities like the gym and the pool are also very nice and well kept ! The breakfast buffet boasts a variety of food for all palettes. The hotel is also across the street from the beach and the Sailing Club which is nice for a drink on the beach. Vinpearl has definitely been a worthy experience and if we return to Nha Trang, there is no doubt we would book a room at this hotel again."
