Every time we left the hotel we got a farewell by name and every time we came in they asked us how our time was, which was very appreciated. They didn't push us with tours but when we asked they were so helpful and got us some great trips to Sapa and Halong Bay that we'll never forget. They also charged us the standard price so they weren't tacking on extra commission. They went out of their way to help us at all times. They called us a taxi when we needed it, came with us to the train station so we didn't get too confused and recommended shops and restaurants that were all excellent. "
