"A very convenient hotel in the Cau Giay area and not far if your Hanoi destinations in Old Quarter or West Lake. The staff (especially Nguyen Thi Linh) were excellent and their English made my stay my stay smooth. Very helpful with transportation assistance as well. The breakfast was very good with a variety from Chicken Pho, omelets, continental breakfast, etc. So definitely no worries there to start your day off well. "Very friendly staff who cater to every need. Buffet breakfast includes a variety of pastries, eggs made your way, great Vietnamese coffee and fresh fruits. Roof top bar has great views of the city and st.josephs cathedral. Spa and massage services also very good. Hotel is located in a very central location with access to all sights and amenities. No traffic noise experienced on the 9th floor."

"Fantastic base for Hanoi. While it is a 30min taxi from the old quarter, it has resort style accom for a family of five. Very good two bedroom suite for family of five. The king bed is spacious and can sleep comfortably 2adults and seven year old. Laundry and kitchenette available. Poolside and gym are a great way to relax unwind from the hectic tourist trail. Staff are very obliging - helpful. "

"Royal Palace hotel was our best stay in Vietnam. For $55 a night in the Old Quarter we got a beautiful room (701) and the best service possible. Every time we left the hotel we got a farewell by name and every time we came in they asked us how our time was, which was very appreciated. They didn't push us with tours but when we asked they were so helpful and got us some great trips to Sapa and Halong Bay that we'll never forget. They also charged us the standard price so they weren't tacking on extra commission. They went out of their way to help us at all times. They called us a taxi when we needed it, came with us to the train station so we didn't get too confused and recommended shops and restaurants that were all excellent. "

"If you want a 5 star hotel experience stay here. From the moment we arrived our every need was looked after. Paula wasn’t feeling too well one morning and Benny in the dining room went out of his way getting herbal drinks for her and even sending some to our room that night. Thomas and Jeremy and the staff at the front desk made sure we knew where we were going and on our return would have drinks ready for us , much appreciated in the heat. A big thank you to all the staff."

"It’s a beautiful hotel within walking distance to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. Lots of food, shopping and travel agencies right outside of the hotel where one can go to book trips, excursions and exchange money. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop bar and pool. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It made our stay pleasurable. Our rooms were very clean and we were up on the 8th floor away from the noise. The rooms were lovely, however, I’d suggest that the hotel improve the lighting in the bathroom and provide lighter bed covers. The current thick down comforter is too warm and not comfortable for sleeping. "

"Right in the old quarter of Hanoi, this beautiful and charming hotel is a true gem. Location is perfect for walking around and immersing yourself into Hanoi culture, food , and handmade goods . The staff ...I honestly cannot express our gratitude nor how ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE AND AMAZING they are in words alone . From the BEAUTIFUL girls at front desk to the doorman , unbelievable . A very special thank you to Tamila , she took us in and made everything better than perfect !! Even went so far as to pack us a breakfast /lunch as we left for our flight left before breakfast was served . With staff as truly OUTSTANDING as they are, this place will be the ONLY Hotel I will stay in when in Hanoi . Truly remarkable Thank you so much to you all ❤️🌹"
