"Our first room had very tiny ants that were crawling up the wall into the little crevices of the room, they were really tiny and couldn’t be seen at first. We of course changed rooms and there were still ants but not as many. Asides from that, everything as described and host was very nice and communication was clear. "In addition to the central location, what really makes M Hotel great is the staff. They are unfailingly courteous and helpful, always with an easy smile. They even lept into action when I forgot my expensive rain jacket at a restaurant across the street, only remembering the next morning at the airport.
