The location was perfect to walk anywhere in Old Quarter and next to the lake. The breakfast was exceptional and had great variety...the french toast was amazing. The staff at the Oriental Jade went above and beyond expectations for my stay in Hanoi. Guest requests were attended to promptly and pleasantly. The friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff were amazing in all areas of this lovely boutique hotel. Friendly faces at every turn. Room was spacious and comfortable, with quality amenities. Location is excellent in the Old Quarter but a quieter area. But the gem is the rooftop infinity pool and bar with amazing views over Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped and the Spa massage was wonderful. We hope we can return to experience the wonderful service again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Jade Oriental. It’s a very charming place in the old Hanoi neighborhood. The decor was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and efficient. We loved the flowers in the lobby. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast Room in the basement was very pleasant and offered a wonderful array of different foods.

Charming hotel with amazing service. The hotel itself was so charming and clean. We had the family room with two bathrooms and it was such a cozy connecting room with comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel taken care of. The hotel rooftop restaurant and bar was great and the food was amazing! The hotel was also just a block to the lake and was in walking distance of so many restaurants and shopping. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. Thank you to the staff for such a great experience!
