"The Paragon Airport Hotel in Hanoi is a comfortable and convenient place to stay between flights. It’s clean, offers nice and spacious rooms, a decent breakfast and a free ride back to the airport. Within walking distance are Vietnamese coffee shops and little convenience stores. Rather authentic and not too “touristy”. "

Our driver was prompt and safe and picked us up with no problems and good price . Was able to drop our bags while we waited for checkin . Room was decent size for the area and was cleaned daily . "I was satisfied with the cost by performance. I stayed here for 16 nights. The staff speaks Japanese, whose attitudes are polite and bright. The room was upgraded and clean. They serve free laundry service up to 5 pieces/day, free dinner curry, rice and miso soup during 5-8pm, followed by free rice ball and miso soup during 8-10pm. Perfectly amazing!!!"

"The neighborhood is poorly lit and does not have many good dining opportunities. If you are using this hotel before catching a morning flight, try to grab dinner elsewhere beforehand. The hotel itself, however, was clean, with a lot of space in the room, and offered a nice breakfast."

"I loved this property. It was everything I thought it would be. And it was super convenient tonwalk everywhere through Old Quarter. The staff were helpful to give advice on places to go and tours. They give you a things to know guide when you arrive so you keep safe and enjoy your trip. Breakfast is a-la-carte and limited seating so you may have to wait, but it was good food, good service and roof top views. I would definitely stay here again!!"
