Cheap but bad area

Toiletries etc are not in room, mouse in room, the room requires updating lots of old linen bed etc, very poor condition, relatively cheap. Surrounding area full of bad manner children always demanding money.

I booked two family rooms and upon check in, me and my family went inside the room. Beds were made, however the room was full of cobwebs and dusts everywhere. The toilet hasn’t got a flush, the shower wasn’t working. I asked why wasn’t the room cleaned prior to us arriving. Staff told me they didn’t have anybody to clean due to staff days off. We were appalled and shocked with our accommodation and after an hour me and my family left and looked for an alternative accommodation. We couldn’t stay in a place that’s not clean and dysfunctional. This pension house has false marketing and representation in their website. The photos doesn’t reflect the actual state of the accomodation. It’s horrible and disgusting and I’m still waiting for my refund. I would discourage anyone booking in this place. The price you pay is not worth it.

Es una pensión en un lugar desolado y diría que peligroso de Cebú. Llegué en la noche y hasta el taxista se preocupó por la ubicación. Para alguien que no conoce la ciudad y solo desea pasar una noche antes de realizar otra conexión, fue algo preocupante. La habitación tampoco vale la pena.
