In particular, Anna, who helped to organise everything for us, from our tours to Ning Binh, Halong Bay and Sapa to arranging a car to pick us up to the airport. She e even gave us a phone charger when we realised that we forgot to bring one with us. Breakfast was also good and offered a veriety of cooked options, fresh fruits/juices, bread and tea/coffee. We will definitely stay in Lotus Boutique again when we return to Hanoi. We will also recommend it...

"This was my second time staying in this amazing property. First time was last month for four nights and staying another four nights. The buffet is the best we have ever had in Asia… The reception and the staff in the restaurant are so friendly and always enough English to understand easily… Only three minute walk to the lake we will be back."
