"Staff was good. Beautiful relaxing environment on the lake. We requested a lower floor which open towards the lake and was given the room requested. we traveled with a dog. The hot tub was very convenient right outside our door by the pool. We would stay here again for rest and relaxation. Breakfast was OK. Need to add some protein food or at least protein breakfast bars. Some of the coffee cups were dirty in the morning on our last day. We recommend that the staff clean up the dishes, left...

"The hotel itself is beautiful. So is the pool area. The deluxe king room was nice but we got stuck with a ground floor room. Windows looked out on to a parking lot. Beds were not comfortable… had a hard time getting a hold of anyone on the phone. But they reach out via text to check on us so that was nice. The last text I sent wasn’t responded to… The whole property is gorgeous. The decor is one of the best we have seen… the DeGournay wallpaper in the restaurant was stunning. "

"Great couple getaway for NYE. Despite large number of rooms and guests, it felt comfortable and maintained the high-end atmosphere. The adult-only pool was quiet, towels available and friendly staff on-hand. Room service was good and they have a lovely cafe/convenience store with snacks, fresh sandwiches/salad made to order and desserts.
