"Always loved coming here and the room was very nice with a view , really nice fridge and the machines are pretty decent . I wish they were a little looser though . The Bistro was fantastic as usual as well as POM restaurant . The employees seem to be kinda rude though and need to work on their kindness ... you can tell they are not enjoying their job . The pool looks way better than it used to and we had such a great time in the sun and the heated pool. The spa looked a little murky so...

"Excellent customer service from the FD agents and breakfast staff (Frank is very courteous and professional! We appreciate his work so much). Unfortunately, there was an incident when I woke up to a strong marijuana smell coming through the AC ventilation, which I reported to the front desk. I know it is not the hotel's fault, and the front desk offered some solutions that I appreciated."

"We really liked this hotel. The outdoor pool area is stunning and the buffet breakfast was great. While it didn’t bother us as I don’t hear a thing once I’m asleep, the hotel does back on to a very noisy street of bars that pumped music until 2am (we stayed a Thurs & Fri night) - we had a room at the back of the hotel and the noise was okay - especially when masked by the sound of the air con but if you’re a light sleeper then take this into consideration. "

"Everything about this property was great. It was clean, very quiet (it IS a bit removed from downtown Palm Springs), comfortable, and had a great breakfast. Great view out our windows! Christina at the front desk was especially nice and customer-minded. "
