"The grounds are tropical and beautiful. The room was comfortable but definitely due for an upgrade. The dresser drawers and doors were falling off. Also the mini fridge is one of the smallest mini fridges I’ve ever had at a hotel, so don’t come loaded with cold food/drinks. Also there is no microwave, so don’t bring things that need to be warmed up. Overall it wasn’t bad, but definitely lots of room for minor improvements that would benefit their guests. Especially in a town with soooo many...

"The hotel itself is beautiful. So is the pool area. The deluxe king room was nice but we got stuck with a ground floor room. Windows looked out on to a parking lot. Beds were not comfortable… had a hard time getting a hold of anyone on the phone. But they reach out via text to check on us so that was nice. The last text I sent wasn’t responded to… The whole property is gorgeous. The decor is one of the best we have seen… the DeGournay wallpaper in the restaurant was stunning. "
