"My family and I always enjoy this hotel. One of the perks about this hotel is the restaurants they have. The food is always good and they have friendly service. The pool is heated and perfect for families. My kids looks forward to our yearly trip. "

"Great property with a nice resort feel. Because it is a vacation villa property with complete kitchens, it does lack dining options, though the property next door has a restaurant. However, a bit awkward visiting the Westin next door, as the walkway is fenced off between the two properties. We're told it has to do with ownership issues, but I hope that at some point the walkway will be opened."

"The staff were very personable specially the restaurant staff. The front desk staff were also very proactive concerning having our room serviced. We would definitely go back to the Sands Hotel and Spa"

"Check in was amazing! Never had someone personally show us how to get to our bungalow. Super cute space, there was a fridge but no microwave (the only thing wrong with the room)"

"The property was clean, but there was no salt & pepper, only 1 cloth to wash dishes, only one cloth to dry dishes but it was a hand towel, no laundry soap (so we bought some and left it there), terrible quality paper towels and toilet paper, which we ran out of because we used it as Kleenex because there wasn't any Kleenex. The non-stick pans were old and beat up, and when they are in that state, they are actually harmful. The bed and pillows are too soft - that's not our style but it may suit...
