"My recent stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the spa. Hiram gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and his service was top-notch. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay didn't measure up. In my room, the hot water only came out of the tub spout, not the showerhead. I mentioned it to the front desk, but they simply took a note, and nothing was done. I ended up having to shower by crouching under the spout; it felt like bathing with buckets. The staff throughout the hotel seemed unfriendly and overworked, which made for an unwelcoming atmosphere. Dining at Capri Restaurant was also a letdown; service was incredibly slow, and it took 30 minutes just to get a cup of water. Overall, while Hiram at the spa deserves high praise, the hotel experience itself needs great improvement."

"Room was spacious and well equipped with everything you need. We played pickleball and went to one of the pools. It was conveniently located to restaurants and only a short drive to Indian Wells where we were attending the tennis tournament. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Overall very good resort to stay for the tennis tournament. Room spacious and comfortable. Easy parking. Good housekeeping service. Very busy in the mornings so breakfast super busy. Would be nice if AC wasn’t limited to 68 degrees or above for us cold sleepers. There was an unpleasant smell coming from toilet each morning for a while. "
