"I didn't like the fact that they just let anyone come to the property and use the pool area. Also, my room overlooked the lobby, which made it very hard to sleep at night due to the noise. "

"Very good experience overall for the price. The hot tubs occasionally don't work. I would just flip the shut off switch a couple times, and sometimes that seemed to resolve the electrical short in the switch. The pools are not heated - just FYI. No big complaints, though. I would stay again."

"There is a pool & jacuzzi which are nice. Pickleball courts are in the back of property. I don't understand why there is a parking fee."

"Nice resort with convenient access to golf and an amazing spa. The room was nice— the one issue was the loud music. There were live musicians on the weekend, had the volume was unbelievably high. We were on the 6th floor, and it was difficult to sleep with such loud music playing pretty late into the night."

"Great couple getaway for NYE. Despite large number of rooms and guests, it felt comfortable and maintained the high-end atmosphere. The adult-only pool was quiet, towels available and friendly staff on-hand. Room service was good and they have a lovely cafe/convenience store with snacks, fresh sandwiches/salad made to order and desserts. My only complaint is there was a large group of multiple family and friends that were very loud and took over the cafe late at night to play board games and...

"Excellent customer service from the FD agents and breakfast staff (Frank is very courteous and professional! We appreciate his work so much). Unfortunately, there was an incident when I woke up to a strong marijuana smell coming through the AC ventilation, which I reported to the front desk. I know it is not the hotel's fault, and the front desk offered some solutions that I appreciated."

"It was an easy check in. I was able to dine at Gigi’s restaurant on site twice. The food was good and the bartenders are super sweet. I didn’t get to experience the hot tub or pool as it was always occupied. But it looked lovely. Depending on which way your room is facing mature I’ll say that. "
