"Newer place, clean, nice staff."

"the hotel itself was a gem....the charge of $25 per day to park was NOT so cool....I have to look at the original reservation to see if this was noted. these charges thru me off. :( & the fact it is now open to public for pool area was not appreciated...last time although 10 yrs ago pool was quiet and respectful this time too loud, noisy, kids all over...not sure we go again:("

"This place was fine. Close to everything, quiet. Only minor complaint was that the gap under the main door was pretty big. I would stay here again though if I ever did need to stay in the area."

"Thank you 🙏 HSK really helpful. Front desk had a long line and some customers really rude to the front desk staff but they helped me, easy and fast. Maybe since it was prepaid thru Expedia ? Overall thank you "

"Check in people had very good customer service, very helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was that the floor in the room was not clean. Usually i bring socks with me, because i can't stand my feet dirty. That is on the housekeeping staff. Would I stay there again? Absolutely it is a beautiful place to stay and the front desk staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. "

"Best resort for families with kids near LA . Our family has been going here and Huntington Beach but this one it is by far on top . Water slides and and lazy river are amazing and not only for kids but my self I enjoyed very much . If you need to reconnect with your kids , this is the place . On the evenings they have movies by the biggest pool , pure magic I can say . We come here at least 4 times each year . Will see you soon again . "
