Circus Circus Reno – A Caesars Rewards Destination
2/10 Terrible
"There was a fight in the hallway, just outside our door involving several people that lasted for 30-minutes. Most of the escalators didn’t work and no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Shower head was bad and wallpaper was peeling. "
"several time ask them clean the sheet they keep me going up down to lobby request change sheet because was sick finally they change room after 3th or 4th time request sheet change. Next day went down stair ask if it written down change sheet in this room she stated yes. Went back to room it was clean. so I want to sleep feeling worst turn cover over and they were same sheet. because I mark sheet with eye shadow and it was still there. went down stair told them and also drop apple powder on floor and still there too. day i left ask for my check invoice he give to me and i ask for policy information because desk manager stated you need have request room service before. that it on check in with sign in and on policy too. this information is not on invoice stating that as I requested that copy, no look at check in request it not there and so desk person with back get print of policy. than owner came out told me it can not be print. so i told him I'll call corp. office and to go head I'll get me because own this hotel. he was mad and shout out in front customer. than he told me get out several time and call security guard on me and than i just walk out calmly with guard. i did shout or refuse to leave. wait out side for son to get there. he also stated that I yell at his worker with ask change sheet . I think if that was case i would of been talk to or ask to leave. also asking me to get out of hotel he should took to other room calmly. his name is (dave) also call chase"
"I reserved a non smoking room, however the room reeked of smoke my entire time there. No available rooms to switch to and when the front desk recommended a machine to clean the air it took them forever to bring it and not only that I had to be out of the room for more than an hour. This machine only cleaned the air for like 2hrs and the smoke smell returned."

4/10 Poor
"I stayed here for the sole reason that I had a U-Haul truck towing a car, needed a pull through spot. Upon calling the hotel, they suggested I could park at the TA truckstop next-door. This was fine, but then I had to walk a quarter of a mile with my suitcase, backpacks etc. just to get to the hotel.
The registration is in the casino, so it is total chaos and the whole place and parking lot is mobbed full of people and cars. I could put up with all this, but when I got to my room the deodorizer they had sprayed was so thick it was choking me. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I’m assuming they spray it to cover up the cigarette smell? Then the window was locked shut. I literally turned around and left the room. I never stayed here that night, I couldn’t take it. I just ate the cost and went to a different hotel. Terrible experience. Extra star for the super helpful woman at registration who let me check in and then check out, and then keep my stuff behind the desk because of course I had left the room so quickly I forgot my backpack. She gave me a new key I got my stuff, and hightailed it out of there. I couldn’t leave fast enough. Between the chaos of the crowds, cars and casino, and then the room being toxic to even stand in, never ever will I stay at a casino hotel again. Or at least not in Reno. Feels like the Circus Circus era, old and trashed. "
