The immaculate view from the room, and then giving the option to upgrade the room when I had arrived for not much more it was pretty cool. Overall, I will definitely be going back to Atlantis. It was a great time. An amazing establishment. One downfall I did not like was the hidden gratuity fees, since I had given someone a tip and then found out I had tipped that same person twice before I actually known. I would say that is the only downfall. Since I believe I reserve the right to tip on the basis of what I believe in service not what they automatically assume they believe they should get.

Great place to stay but one thing to note. There was construction above us every day from about 7-3. Quite loud and would wake us up. One day we didn’t have water due to it. It didn’t ruin our trip but made it not as relaxing for sure. Otherwise a nice room and great hotel.

Disappointed that hotel makes certain rooms seem available at particular rates only to have them change up while you check in. Specifically wanted a king bed for the posted rate. They told me there were none available during check in. what kind of messed up crap is that? If i really wanted a king, they said i can “upgrade” for an extra $60. Misleading and awful tactic of luring you to reserve an attractive price online then con you when you are already at the hotel and can’t get a refund. Shady practice - they have fine print saying the room you reserve is not necessarily guaranteed. Why do this? Any establishment practicing this should be ashamed of themselves and I hope something can be done to stop this crap through the litigation process.

I liked that the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Did not like that the Keurig in the room was dirty so didn't use. I did like the dining options but did not like the smoke in the casino, need a better vent system.

I was highly disappointed with the room that I was in, it overlooked the roof and all of the air conditioning units and equipment. We’re literally right outside my window. That’s all that I could see. Also, it was windy and it sounded like I was in a wind tunnel. I did not request a handicapped room, which I received and was disappointed because it was a bathroom and the shower was a roll in- and there was no bathtub. Everything in the bathroom was super low to the ground.. The front desk staff was not friendly at all, I was very disappointed with the customer service received.
