This is my second time staying at Palazzo. It's one of the quieter hotels. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. My favorite thing about staying here is that I can bypass the casino entirely (by going up escalators and through the shops) from lobby to my room. The pools are great, as is Canyon ranch spa.

They put us in an adjoining room where the door to the other side was open and we could hear noise all night and then kept contradicting themselves on their ability to simply change rooms when they had occupancy in every room type. Ultimately they said they couldn’t and we were never able to sleep.
