Not sure how I’m considered VIP. Got a room located at the very bottom level 3. No upgrades. No late stay. It was just terrible. Body hair in bed and in drawers. Housekeeping is not doing their job. Also the carpet smelled like throw up. Stayed here when this hotel was brand new back in 2009 I was excited to come again but never again.
