Didn’t advertise pool being closed. Contacted guest services and was assured pool would be open the next day and tried telling me it was open till 8pm the day I inquired when I could see the 10 signs they had posted by the water saying pool closed. Straight up lied to my face. Pool still closed the next day. Will never go back. Avoid at all costs. They’re more worried about trying to get you into a timeshare scam

Had a really good stay, check in was quick and they were able to accommodate my request to be on 1st floor pool facing. Room was clean and comfortable. Being a family with a toddler, room was perfect and had a kitchen which is why we choose this resort. We were in town for a sports tournament but we will return for a stay to be able to enjoy and stay at this resort as we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool/slides during this stay. We will definitely be back soon.
