The room smelled humed and dirty. Bath towels smelled very bad. The bathroom had hair all over the floor. Sheets were dirty, smelled bad and had stains all over. Overall very poor cleanining. Not coming back.

No water for over 2 days. Loud at night in room. Reaching under end table for something i dropped, felt garbage and crumbs underneath. Gross!

The website showing the room I booked is misleading, the room I booked and the room I received was nothing like described, and the room was poor, run-down, and disgusting. I would never come back to MGM. When I called the front desk, Juan hung up the phone on me twice. MGM did nothing about misleading the room. They showed a renovated room at booking and gave a poor room at check-in.

First room we were assigned had blood in the bathtub, urine and fevers on the toilet seat. Hair all over in shower too. Staff was understanding, particularly Juan, and he moved us to a new room.
