"Haven Riviera Cancun was a great experience. The Resort, hospitality, food and amenities were all enjoyable and exceptional standard. I wasn't pleased with lack of being able to enjoy the beach. The description and pictures online, gives the empression of clear water and the abilitly to enjoy a beach day. That was not the case during my stay. However, I fully enjoyed the pool daily and the entertainment provided at the pool. The 24hr pool access was a bonus as well. "

"I loved the amenities at this property. They thought of everything that may be needed during our stay. It gave luxury getaway. Even during the rainy day the staff kept the walkways clear of puddles, and provided games and entertainment which kept us busy and not worried about the rain, and having fun. Even though the food wasn't the best for us, there was always something available and many buffet options once we decided not to try the restaurants after being turned away for my husband wearing...

"Food and night entertainment is phenomenal , the beach tho sucks, like there’s no beach , like 2 ft of beach and all of it is covered in seaweed , unlike the pictures . And not really any daily entertainment staff the only thing I’ve seen them do is Zumba and sometimes when asked beach volleyball , but it’s not at the beach just a sand pit. . Other than that great Stay ! "

"Food was very good to excellent for a resort. Drinks were good but not great. The excellence club was very expensive for what you get. The Magna restaurant has an amazing tomahawk steak which is almost worth the price of entry, but the rest of the food was not at the same level (particularly, the breakfast was only so-so… the eggs Benedict where not great). The French and lobster house restaurants were very good. Our upgraded “excellence club” room was very nice, but extremely cold at all...

"The staff was simply amazing, so friendly, and always helpful. Made our stay amazing. Only some simply complaints; music around the pools (on almost all the day time 9:00-6:00pm) asked them to turn it down, but did not comply. Many other guests found it rather annoying as well. Also the power went out two nights over our 4 night stay and then was off for around 5 hours (the worst part was no A/C and no-one was able to ever explain what was going on and how long it would last. SImply updating the guests would have gone a long way. Other than that an amazing time was had by the six of us at your beautiful resort. "

El Dorado Maroma, Catamarán, Cenote & More Inclusive

"Everything was pretty great. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. It’s very easy to get from point A to point B. The food was a win regardless of where you decide to dine. The only downsides to our experience were the wildlife around the park and the slippery floors in the room. The caotis around the property were at first a novel experience. However, they quickly became bothersome; being known to jump onto outdoor dining tables, steal food from dining guests, and occasionally bite patrons as well. Our room, while clean and well maintained, was prone to accumulating condensation on the tile floors. These conditions proved dangerous in one instance with a pretty hard fall that resulted in some aching a bruising. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would be open to staying again. Though the absence of these issues would have made our stay perfect, I would still say the stay was lovely."

"Lovely place and relaxed. When we booked restuarant for 5 people but the booked only 2 people. confused on APP to booking restaurant. Disappointed one restaurant sell pizza only two days, Monday to Thursday closed??? Others are lovely"
