"Good location, walkable to multiple restaurants nearby and 5-10min away to 5th ave. Plenty of parking spaces in front, need to use the meter. 10pm-10am no parking charge. Front desk reception was very nice, she was helpful getting Wi-Fi setup "

"It was pretty fun. I stayed here for a month. There was always something to do around the corner. I enjoyed how convenient it was. And you were right around on fifth so you can hear and see all the activities and not be too far from them. And they had a great restaurant called La Tierra underneath."

"The service everywhere that was the best"

"Dining was exceptional especially for an all-inclusive. Restaurants were 5 star experiences. I was surprised at how good they were! Especially the Italian restaurant with its 7 courses. The buffet had many options and the fresh fruit and natural drinks in the morning were my favorite. Quiet hotel, bar closes at 11 and music is off by 9:30ish. The staff was excellent, professional and worked with pride. The hostesses at the buffet, steakhouse and Italian spot (a red head, Alejandro & Mayra Vasquez) were always going above and beyond. They would always greet you with a smile, had a sense of urgency and enthusiasm while remembering your name and room number. Luis at check in was very helpful and helped me with an upgrade to an ocean view. Highly recommend paying extra for the ocean view. If you love the beach however, this hotel is not for you. The beach available is tiny and you could only put your feet in the water. As it is filled with large rocks and coral. The water is crystal clear. A 5 minute walk down to the Hyatt gives you a beautiful beach. You can walk through the beach to it. Beaches are public, so you will be amongst locals. Pool was dirty and closed at sunset. Nighttime entertainment 8-8:45pm was top-notch. Hyatt review: The Hyatt is huge, modern and beautiful vegetation, but the food options are limited and it’s very very quiet. It is used more for large gatherings in the ballroom. "

"Stayed 10 days at the hotel. Facilities are clean and staff very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and was always with hot water. The housekeeping staff were incredible. Highly recommend!"
