"I love the place. The hotel is in the heart of 5th ave . Very convenient to walk, to the beach, ferry and shops. The staff was very helpful and communicative. "If you are looking for the perfect location. Steps to the ferry, beach and 5th avenue then this is it. The rooms are very clean, Housekeeping is excellent. however we did not use the pool as it was quite foggy and full of sand. If we could have used the pool I would have rated a 5. We stayed in an oceanfront which is lovely to listen to the ocean however you will have an empty abandoned lot in front of your view. I still would stay here again for price and convenience to everything. "
