"There were stains on the bottom floor so it was hard to determine cleanliness. We had to move the beds in order to access the ladder. There were a lot of signs to remind us to be quiet and it made me think this was more of an airbnb in a residential area. This was fine for a one night stay but it didn't feel comfortable at all for five people. They were very responsive online and the instructions on how to self check-in was very easy to understand."

"I loved my stay here. This hotel is DIRECTLY connected to the closest subway station, so you don't need to step outside to get here. There is an elevator directly from the underground to the lobby. This is right in the central shopping area of Osaka. Great access to restaurants, as well as Dotonburi (although it's touristy). I recall the bed being a little small for two ppl but that's just how Japan rolls. The bed was also nice and firm and i didn't have any back pain from sleeping. "
