"This hotel is a great value. But if you take a train there, book a ticket with the stop before the airport. Where the hotel is. We missed the last shuttle and took a $40 cab ride back to the hotel. Grabbed there shuttle early am . Not too much around but two restaurants and two grocery stores "

"The staff are wonderful. Easy check in and out. Shuttle bus to and from the airport and train/bus station are great. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Except the king bed. It was hard and I had hard time sleeping comfortably. So I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter and asked for extra blanket and pillows. That fixed the issue. The 2nd night I slept much better. Over all good. "

"I came into Tokyo with the expectation that hotel rooms are generally smaller than what Westerners are accustomed to but that’s ok. We spent most of our day sightseeing and dining out, only coming back to our room to sleep. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel was very close to Shinjuku station and within walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants. "

The Narita Tobu was very clean, and except for one hiccup with checking in ( my room wasn’t ready and so my check in was almost an hour later than allowed, BUT the agent gave me an extra hour for check out to make up for the late check in), the service was excellent.
